Compensation is competitive and includes full benefits, a generous retirement package, and 10 weeks of vacation. We also have an annual retention bonus that is paid out each year at your anniversary.
Why work for Epix? We are an anesthesia management company with decades of experience. We are neither a staffing company nor a large-scale operation with the “corporate” feel that you will find around every corner.
We strive to maintain that small group “mom & pop” feel at each of our facilities while setting the highest standards for Anesthesia programs. We want to know more than just the names of each of our team members, so we are highly focused on employee satisfaction and retention. We have one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry because of our employee-focused mentality. Epix’ goal is to build long-lasting anesthesia departments staffed by the most desired healthcare professionals in the most desirable practices in the country.
Our practices offer a tremendous amount of autonomy and many opportunities to pursue specialty cases. Epix strives to promote leaders from within and provide growth opportunities for all employees. We are seeking high quality candidates who know how to work on a team and have strong leadership skills. If you are one of these driven individuals looking for a rapidly growing company, we want to speak with you!
